We are a professional group company devoted to the Design, production and sales of Carbon/Graphite products and related Epoxy Resins. QYH is dedicated to the design & production of Mountain bikes and Road bikes and accessories such as carbon frames, wheel sets, handle bars, seat posts and front forks, etc. QYH covers an area of 8.5 acres of land, with 40,000 square meter facility building. Geared with the latest testing equipment from ChunYen(Taiwan), and technical staff experienced for over a decade, QYH has the annual production capacity of 120,000 sets of carbon frames and other accessories.
We position ourselves as mid/high-end Carbon Bike Technology Company.With the advantage of whole supply-chain coverage and professional production experience over a decade, we have creatively constructed the carbon stress computation module, and have applied into production ourunique epoxy resin formula, laser cutting technology, EPS preform technology, one mold forming tech and robot paint/coating technologies.
To ensure the steadiness of quality and conformity of products, our company has formed a complete QC system. With the introduction U8 ERP system from UFIDA and Lean Production method, we are capable of realizing the comprehensive optimization management of human resources, funds, material, information and time/space.
